  1. I have a few questions for you about my website and selling my book. It is listed on my website given above. Pastor Steve Thornhill said to contact you in regards to this. I am a member of his church at South Dayton Baptist Church and work as an evangelist. I also am a worker for Samaritan’s Purse and a chaplain for the Billy Graham Evangelism Association. I have sold quite a few of my books on my own but need help getting it out more. The selling of the book goes towards being able to travel with the relief efforts of Samaritan’s Purse and BGEA.

  2. Hi Eric,
I was greatly enjoying your Modern Worship Guitar Lessons that I just received until I got to the palm mute lesson in book 2, and now I am totally at a loss of how to do it. Here is my problem. I own a Con C11, which is a classical nylon string guitar. I have a 4th grade size hand. ( I know because I also teach piano lessons and have measured with many kids.) My whole hand is only slightly over 6″ long. The bridge is totally covered by the saddle and another decorated ivory piece below that the strings are tied onto, such that there is no plain piece of bridge to put your hand on. But the major problem I’m having is that the highest point of the saddle is about 5 1/4″ from the absolute bottom of the sound hole! So when I try to play a palm mute with the base of my palm on the saddle my pick is still 1 1/2″-2″ short of the BOTTOM of the sound hole! What can I do? Thanks for your advice!

    • Kathleen,

You will not, on any guitar, be able to palm mute all 6 strings at once…… You will only move your hand up or down to reach the area that you are playing so that the palm mute works for those strings…..

      You see?
